All demountable felloe band spoke tenon holes are reamed for proper fit. Most are rusted and if holes are not reamed some tenons would be tight and some would be loose. This is included in the price listed for Model T demountable wheels.

All wheels are computer designed and digitally measured. The wood is machined to match the precision machined hub to ensure the wheel runs as true as possible. Hub hole is bored to have a press fit and no more than .030 runout using special twelve jaw chuck. Model T car wheels have all new hub bolts included.
It is important to us that your wheels get to you in good condition. Early on we figured out that card board packaging would not work. All wheels are shipped in plywood constructed containers.
